HS Refuel Info.

Hey there! I’m excited that your student is headed to Pigeon Mountain Crossing with us this coming week!

If you still have a balance for High School Refuel, please get that settled before we leave. You can pay online HERE. Be sure to designate that you are paying for HS Refuel. When you do that, if you would shoot me an email that would be great. Also, if you have not completed and given me a signed consent form, I need that before your student leaves on Friday. You can print one HERE and fill it out and email it or bring it. I will have extras if you need one on Friday before we leave. If your child has any food allergies (or any other important ones) please let me know. If your student is on any kind of medication, I also will need that information for the nurse(s) that go with us. If you need the to bring list, you can find that HERE. Please review it and make sure your student is prepared! During this Flu/Covid season, to keep all students and leaders safe, if your student develops a fever or other symptoms that could be threatening to others on the trip they will be expected to return home. That would mean you would need to come to the camp to pick him or her up. For this trip since we will leave relatively close to dinner time, we will stop on the way to Pigeon Mountain Crossing in Rome at the Chick-Fil-A, your student will need dinner money. A great idea would be to utilize the Chick-Fil-A app loading enough money for dinner. This will be the only money they need for the entire trip. The remainder of the meals will be at the camp and we will not stop on the way home.
